This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility for the ongoing support of Cencora's global portfolio of Data Centers.
Business as Usual (BAU) & IT Supported Projects•   Coordinating equipment installs, decommissions and changes•   Responding to Incidents, Requests and Change Activities•   Coordinating site resources to support break/fix efforts•   Manage DCIM and ensure accuracy of inventory•   Manage power, cooling and floor/Rackspace•   Providing project support•   Audit/Compliance•   Approving and providing Data Center Access•   Emergency Support•   Provide after-hours and emergency support (On-Call Rotation)
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree/certificate in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive relevant Data Centre Engineer work experience.
• Relevant certification is required.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of a broad range of hardware and software products.
• Experience technically leading teams

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with general IT concepts beyond their primary discipline
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Effective team player
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize work load
• Technical leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Understanding of ITSM
