As a Data Centre Engineer, manage data centres, coordinate projects, handle administration, and engage in troubleshooting, requiring travel across APAC.

Responsibilities:

Perform a range of IT operations within IMC's regional data centers with frequent travel across Asia
Provide racking, patching and break/fix tasks in our remote data centers
Coordinate with vendors on deliveries, installation, etc.
Coordinate remote work with our brokers and exchanges
Procurement through our standard suppliers and global vendors
Handle the Data center administration and on-site troubleshooting
Coordinate projects with our IT teams in Sydney

Qualifications:

At least 3 years' experience in IT infrastructure roles
On-site datacentre IT experience
Strong project management and organisational skills
Linux server experience and networking skills highly regarded
Good understanding of hardware and hardware trends
Flexibility to travel frequently, including during weekends
Strong investigative analysis skills
The ability to think critically in a high-paced, constantly changing environment; a sense of urgency is a must
Strong communication skills and the ability to leverage your colleagues' s strengths with your own
Good verbal and written communication in English
Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is desirable
