Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of IT operations within IMC's regional data centers with frequent travel across Asia
- Provide racking, patching and break/fix tasks in our remote data centers
- Coordinate with vendors on deliveries, installation, etc.
- Coordinate remote work with our brokers and exchanges
- Procurement through our standard suppliers and global vendors
- Handle the Data center administration and on-site troubleshooting
- Coordinate projects with our IT teams in Sydney
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years' experience in IT infrastructure roles
- On-site datacentre IT experience
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Linux server experience and networking skills highly regarded
- Good understanding of hardware and hardware trends
- Flexibility to travel frequently, including during weekends
- Strong investigative analysis skills
- The ability to think critically in a high-paced, constantly changing environment; a sense of urgency is a must
- Strong communication skills and the ability to leverage your colleagues' s strengths with your own
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is desirable
