• Deliver reliable, scalable, robust, and extensible big data systems that directly support our core products and business operations

• Design and build efficient and reliable ETL/ELT pipelines and dashboards for diverse purposes, including product insight discovery, growth analysis, feature development, and statistical analysis

• Analyze experiment results, user behavior patterns, and other dimensions to generate insights and actions that directly influence C-level decisions and user experience worldwide

• Conduct feature engineering for model and Agent development; Ensure the overall data and feature quality

• Establish excellent data engineering and BI standard for the company

• Passionate about building things and especially around Big Data area

• Strong experience in schema design, data modeling, ETL and the nuances of A/B testing

• Proven experience in performing data analysis. You can connect disparate data sources and make sense of them

• Possess a strong storytelling and proactive quantitative mindset, capable of educating and influencing the organization with data-driven insights

• A good sense of AI-native development (Agent, MCP, and Prompt Engineering frameworks) and how data fuels intelligent systems

• Prior experience building and deploying real-time streaming data pipelines that power live product features

• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps principles and tooling, especially in preparing and serving data for production AI/ML models

• Proven experience in helping transition from traditional analytics to a more AI-driven, data-product-focused approach.
