What You’ll Do
⚙ Build & Scale – Develop and optimize backend systems processing millions of signals daily to surface valuable insights.
🔗 Integrate Seamlessly – Design and implement scalable, redundant data pipelines from multiple sources.
🧠 Leverage AI – Apply NLP, AI/ML, and text analytics to process records and extract intelligence.
🚀 Accelerate Innovation – Improve engineering workflows to reduce time-to-production while maintaining stability and SLAs.
✅ Raise the Bar – Champion best practices in backend development, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
What We’re Looking For
✔ .NET Expert – 4+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
✔ Data Mastery – Strong knowledge of ETL and data processing methodologies.
✔ Scalability & Performance – Proven experience designing distributed, high-volume systems with high availability.
✔ Elastic Search Pro – Experience managing clusters, optimizing indices, and fine-tuning queries for performance.
✔ Database Expertise – Strong foundation in relational databases and query optimization.
✔ Cloud-Savvy – Hands-on experience with Azure & Oracle Cloud environments.
✔ CI/CD Advocate – Skilled in automation testing, deployment strategies, and blue/green deployments.
✔ Well-Rounded Engineer – Strong foundation in network protocols, OS, containerization, and software architecture.
✔ Academic Background – BSc/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
✔ Startup Mindset – Prior experience in fast-moving startups is a plus but not required.
