Summary: As a Data Architect, you will define the data requirements and structure for the application. Your typical day will involve modeling and designing the application data structure, storage, and integration, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business needs and technical specifications. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that data flows seamlessly across systems, while also addressing any challenges that arise in the data management process. Your role will be pivotal in establishing a robust data framework that supports the organization's objectives and enhances data accessibility and security. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data solutions implemented across the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Security. - Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks. - Experience with data encryption and protection techniques. - Familiarity with data loss prevention strategies. - Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies related to data security. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Security. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
