Responsibilities:

• Monitor the health, performance, and storage of databases and BI platforms.

• Perform routine backups, recovery checks, and scheduled jobs.

• Manage user access, permissions, and security settings.

• Support BI tools (e.g., dashboards, reports, data refreshes).

• Assist in troubleshooting system issues and escalating when needed.

• Apply patches and updates under supervision.

• Work closely with senior administrators, developers, and business users to ensure reliable data access and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to both database and BI platform technologies.

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
