The Data and Analytics Strategy team is seeking an Analytics Product Manager to champion the Exensio Manufacturing Analytics platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with users, vendor and various organizations within ADI to optimize the utilization of Exensio Manufacturing Analytics platform to enhance engineering productivity and yield gains.

The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing semiconductor manufacturing data to improve process or product yields. They should possess a passion for problem-solving, a working knowledge of advanced analytics methods, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to challenge the status quo to drive significant efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical interface with users and vendors.

  • Become an expert in the tool’s features and functions, advising users on new and improved analysis methods.

  • Identify use cases requiring solutions to enhance engineering productivity.

  • Design and create analysis solutions to improve engineering productivity and share them with the organization.

  • Act as an evangelist for the solution.

  • Lead advanced analytics proof-of-concept studies.

  • Define and own technical requirements for data and system changes.

  • Champion and run user groups, proliferating best-known methods.

Previous Experience/Skills Needed & Education Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience using semiconductor manufacturing data for process or product yield improvement.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Math.

  • Advanced degree in Data Science is a plus.

  • Experience with analytics solutions like JMP, R, Python, SaAS.

  • Familiarity with AI and advanced analytics approaches.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work with teams across organizational and geographical boundaries.

  • Possess an agile mindset and is comfortable managing change.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
