What you’ll do:

• Power BI Development: Develop and optimize advanced Power BI reports, apps, dashboards or paginated reports. Guide the team in setting up and managing Power BI dataflows and data models, with efficient data relationships in the front-end.
• Performance Optimization: Develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve challenging business problems.
• Collaborate to innovate: Utilize DAX Studio and Tabular Editor for quick performance checks and implementing performance optimization of Power BI reports where needed.
• Best Practices & Guidance: Guide other BI developers on best practices throughout the development process, including data connections, modelling, data governance, visualization choices and aesthetics, security, and report optimization. Guide other BI developers in Power BI development techniques, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Data Validation & Testing: Lead the team in conducting data validation tests throughout the deployment cycle, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of reports.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: 3-5 years in Data Visualization, Power BI, DAX Studio, Tabular Editor or comparable reporting & analytics tooling..
• Skills: Advanced report development, dashboard, app, and pagination report development. Proficient in Power Query / M language and DAX, and optimization thereof. Expertise in data modeling – ETL transformations in Advanced Query / PowerQuery in both PowerBI desktop and PowerBI services Dataflows. Experience with Power BI dataflows setup and management.
• Mindset: A curious problem-solver with a passion for turning data into stories.
