Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tracking and recording of shipments.
- Clearing out all status of shipment during current shift.
- Update the status of shipment through CRM used
- Complete the details on CRM system of all shipments through call verification from delivery providers.
- Escalate issues and incomplete records to client.
Qualifications:
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Graduate of any 2 year course
- At least 6 months experience in back office/ inbound or outbound in call center
