Extracts weekly kit/kit spares and contactor/contactor spares from sales order bookings in Oracle (ERP system), utilizing data mining tool (blue data miner) and download into Excel.
Reports bookings balance for quantity to Senior Staff.
Maintains Report in (Excel) for kit spares shipment OTD and total dollars weekly.
Responds to Customer Service Rep e-mails and inquiries on kit/contactor status when required.
Extracts data using blue data miner and import into Excel, to produce graphs and charts (overall and Customer specific by site) for kit and kit spares on-time delivery (OTD) metrics. Analyzes and presents findings on late deliveries.
Collects, Prepares and Reports KPI metric results to senior management.
Assists in reporting and data reconciliation on global kit spares shipments and bookings reports.
Reviews and updates product class Globally for accuracy.
Conducts quarterly E&O (Excess and Obsolete) forecast reviews.
Prepares and analyzes Cost of Goods vs. available inventory reports.
Skills Required
