We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join an industry-leading company that builds management software for health and wellness professionals. Their platform helps practitioners manage their businesses with ease, offering solutions like AutoPay, online booking, Telehealth, and customizable documentation — all in one secure, smart, and simple tool.
You’ll help shape a data-driven culture by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide key business and product decisions. Working closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
This is a full-time hybrid position for candidates based in Mexico City, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the week.
💰 Salary: Up to MXN 98,000/month

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (Sr.)
- Excellent communication skills in English (required)
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with experience in predictive modeling and data optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Nice to have:
- Experience with dbt Cloud or similar tools
- Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data warehouse best practices
- Familiarity with statistical techniques like regression and hypothesis testing
