WHO WE LOOK FOR 🦄

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team and help transform large volumes of user data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and product development.

Every day our ingestion system receives more than 100 million events from users worldwide. Our mission is to unlock the value of this data and turn it into meaningful insights that support business growth and innovation.

As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Data Enablement teams, embedded analytics teams, and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable analytical solutions. You will help teams monitor performance, measure feature effectiveness, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will also contribute to the design and adoption of self-service Business Intelligence tools, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and strong data literacy across teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 🏄

  • Turn business needs into clear analytical solutions, dashboards, and reporting assets.
  • Design and develop intuitive dashboards and visualizations that enable data-driven decision making.
  • Work closely with business teams and Data Analytics Leads to analyze data, measure feature effectiveness, and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to build and maintain reliable data models and semantic layers for self-serve analytics.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across BI tools and reporting solutions.
  • Monitor dashboard usage and continuously improve adoption through training, documentation, and feedback loops.
  • Support data literacy across the organization by training users and promoting best practices in data usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, improve, and scale analytics solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED 🪄

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst role.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and visualize large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL for data analysis and querying.
  • Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, or similar.
  • Programming experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Experience translating business requirements into data models, dashboards, or analytical solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.

NICE TO HAVE  🎆

  • Advanced experience with Tableau and/or ThoughtSpot.
  • Experience working with dbt, Databricks, or modern data platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance data analysis workflows.
  • Knowledge of additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, or German.
  • Experience contributing to data literacy programs or BI adoption initiatives.

SALARY RANGE ⚖️ : €30.000 – €35.000 gross annual salary


LOCATION 🌐 

While we have an office in Milan, you can benefit from our flexible hybrid model, empowering you to work where you're most effective.
