Tellius enables organizations to get faster insights and act upon cloud-scale enterprise data using AI-powered automation. Any user can ask any question across billions of records via a ChatGPT-like interface, understand “why” metrics change via AI insights that surface hidden key drivers and trends, and leverage agentic flows to perform complex multipart analysis easily — in a self-service manner. We are growing our data science team and looking for a passionate individual who can bridge the gap between business problems and data solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end problem-solving lifecycle: business context → data → AI-driven insights → outcomes
- Work directly with customers and internal teams to understand business problems and define solutions
- Analyze large, complex datasets using SQL and Python
- Design and deliver AI-powered analytics solutions using Tellius
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytics or AI workflows
- Build and demo insight-driven dashboards and narratives for business users
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
- Present insights and recommendations confidently to business and technical stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience in data science, solutions engineering, or analytics consulting
- Strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents, including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, AI agent workflows, and deploying AI-driven solutions beyond basic ChatGPT usage.
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts: memory, tool usage, orchestration, multi-step reasoning
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and ThoughtSpot (you understand what Tellius replaces)
- Domain exposure in pharma commercial analytics, CPG/retail analytics, or FP&A (at least one)
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable in customer-facing roles
- Prior experience in an analytics or AI SaaS product company
- Exposure to enterprise decision workflows
- Experience demoing or solutioning for clients
- Curious, analytical, and business-minded
- Comfortable working in ambiguity
