Job OverviewWe are seeking a Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support the Education Team. You will analyze student, program, and operational data to provide actionable insights that improve educational outcomes and enhance decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze educational and operational data to support the Education Team.
- Monitor student performance, engagement, and attendance trends to identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare reports and visual dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in designing metrics and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with educators, project managers, and other teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Identify patterns and trends in data to support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in education, EdTech, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
