Core Responsibilities
Business & Growth Analysis
- Analyze key business metrics, including revenue, cost, and profitability, to provide a clear view of business performance and inform strategic planning.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user acquisition, retention, and expansion patterns to identify growth levers and optimize marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the company.
Product & User Insights
- Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the performance of new features and product changes, providing data-driven recommendations for product development.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into user behavior to understand how users interact with our product, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform cohort analysis and user segmentation to uncover trends in user engagement and value, informing targeted product and marketing initiatives.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
Business Acumen
- With understanding of business dynamics and the ability to connect data with action.
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience in SaaS business models, user operations, or AI products being a significant advantage.
Analytical & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
- Experience in using data visualization tools to create insightful and easy-to-understand dashboards.
Collaboration & Communication
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, partnering with product, engineering, and business teams.
Bonus Points
- With experience in a business analysis, product analysis, or data analysis role, preferably in a SaaS, AI, or technology company.
- Experience with AI-powered products.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily admin & HR operations: Maintain employee records and manage commercial insurance enrollment.
Draft internal policies and documents: draft a comprehensive set of employee experiences policies.
Oversee logistics and procurement: Manage fixed assets to ensure operational efficiency.
Plan and execute events: Organize annual parties, team-building activities, holiday gifts, and welfare programs.
Serve as main contact for inquiries: Handle admin & HR-related questions from both internal and external stakeholders.
Complete ad-hoc tasks: Assist management with various assignments as needed.
Requirements
Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act: Familiarity with basic HR practices.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills: Excellent team player, organized, execution-driven, and accountable.
Event planning expertise: Solid writing and planning skills for organizing events.
