Job Details
Join our dynamic Operational Excellence Analytics team at Cencora, one of the world's leading healthcare distribution companies! As an Analyst, you will work closely with the Director of Business Data & Insights to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives within the US Supply Chain team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that enhance operational efficiency and support our commitment to excellence in healthcare distribution.
Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets to provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve supply chain processes. Develop and maintain Power BI (or similar) reports for stakeholders.
• Database Management: Manage and optimize SQL databases, ensuring data quality and availability for reporting purposes.
• ETL Support: Utilize Alteryx (or similar ETL tools) to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into reporting systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Operational Excellence team members and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to users on analytics tools and reporting processes. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the Operational Excellence Analytics framework and contribute to implementation efforts.
• Documentation: Document processes, data flows, and reporting standards to ensure clarity and consistency across the team.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Work Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence reporting, or a related field, preferably in a supply chain or operational environment.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience in developing reports with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with ETL processes using Alteryx, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Google Cloud Dataflow, Snowflake, Fivetran, SSIS, etc.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or predictive modeling tools.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness in analysis.
• Clear and concise communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
• Creative problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing solutions rather than just identifying issues.
