What We Do
PEER DATA was born out of the observation that in today’s world every company is a data company. Our mission is to power that journey.
PEER DATA empowers organizations to extract value from their data; to better manage, grow revenue and raise capital with it.
We transform data into assets.
We aim to unlock maximum value and amplify reach by:
• Providing expertise, standards, and technology to build infrastructure and rails data asset class.
• Enabling digital discovery and monetization of data.
• Connecting data owners, investors, and consumers to trade data as an asset.
DBOR – Data Book of Record
Data is an asset, and similar to asset management requiring an Investment Book of Record (IBOR) to provide a real-time view of the firm’s investment positions, the data industry needs a tool to connect the systems which are part of the data management lifecycle.
PEER DATA built the DBOR platform for data owners, consumers and providers. It brings together PEER DATA Ledger and PEER DATA Square, which are systems of fact vs. systems of record, to provide:
• Holistic view and analyses of data assets, liabilities, revenues and expenses
• End-to-End traceability of data flows within your application and workflow environment
• Accurate & comprehensive view of data assets, based on fact vs record
• Decision-supporting data usage and product development
