The Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience to play a key role in generating actionable insights, supporting strategic decisions, and driving growth in our B2C environment. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, close collaboration with stakeholders, and a hands-on approach to owning data processes end to end.

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to user behavior, product engagement, funnels, retention, and business performance.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key KPIs.
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
Work closely with product managers, operations, marketing, and engineering to define key questions and analytical needs.
Lead analytical projects from scoping to insights, including storytelling with data.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Design and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
Help define success metrics and monitor them over time.
Build scalable analysis pipelines using Python, SQL, and BI tools (Looker, Amplitude).
Collaborate with data engineers to improve data accessibility and reliability.
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a B2C environment.
Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation — a plus.
Strong SQL skills for complex data exploration and transformation.
Proven experience working with stakeholders and leading data projects independently.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker (preferred), Tableau, or Power BI.
Solid understanding of experimentation and statistical methods.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High level of curiosity, ownership, and a drive to turn data into impact.
Experience with dbt or similar data modeling tools.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
