Position Summary:
Swiftly is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team to help support our retail media platform. This role will be responsible for performance reporting supporting advertising programs as well as collaborating with the analytics team on a variety of initiatives. This is a full time contract role.  
We use Deel as contract of record.  

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with ad sales and account management team to manage operational data flow, including the creation of custom campaign audiences and the identification and uploading of UPCs 
  • Responsible for producing campaign summary reports for advertisers that include detailed analysis, insights and recommendations 
  • Support with daily monitoring of digital performance, pulling out key trends and anomalies that allow the team to identify untapped opportunities or mitigate risk as they build out plans  
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on campaign performance, supporting the optimization of our media programs 
  • Provide Q&A support for tools used by analytics team.  Confirm proper tracking setup and help with the extraction of data sets: Tools include Google Analytics, Facebook, AppsFlyer and others 
  • Other duties as assigned  

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of analytics experience or a relevant degree 
  • Basic understanding of marketing and advertising strategies, including related reporting 
  • Solid SQL experience, with the ability to perform quantitative analyses, ad hoc reports, and build models to support advertising initiatives 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive when handling requests and quality assurance 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Econometrics, or a related discipline   
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
