The Role
BAO is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow in the field of analytics or for an experienced analyst looking to bring their skills to a company that values initiative and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain regular data reports to support business decision-making
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Build and refine account lists for business development and strategy initiatives
Collaborate across teams to understand data needs and provide actionable solutions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports
Communicate findings clearly through across business units
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and a curious mindset
Willingness to learn and grow in a data-driven role
Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of databases and querying languages like SQL is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI and visualization tools like Qlik, PowerBI, or Tableau
Familiarity with CRM and Sales Support
What We Offer
Competitive salary: $70,000 – $85,000 based on experience
Hybrid work schedule with flexibility (3 days in office/2 days from home)
