The Role

Location: APAC Region Philippines/Malaysia/Vietnam/Hong Kong

Who we’re looking for

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing pricing strategies, monitoring pricing trends, and developing pricing models to support the company's profitability goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive pricing decisions.

The Data Analyst will report to the VP, Carrier Relations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct analysis of pricing trends, customer demand, Vendor trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for pricing optimization.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models to support strategic pricing decisions across product lines.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies, including pricing promotions and discounts.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to review invoices and trends and present pricing recommendations to senior management.
  • Provide ongoing analysis of pricing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain pricing data integrity and accuracy within the company's pricing system
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to pricing optimization and process improvement.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (Looker).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex pricing concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve pricing objectives
  • Understanding of pricing methodologies, market research techniques, and competitive analysis
  • Experience with pricing optimization software or tools is a plus
