- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Analytics or related fields
- Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming and analysing data
- Experience with Power BI (DAX and Power Query) or similar Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation is a plus
- Experience creating dashboards, reports and KPIs to support business decision-making
- Understanding of relational databases, data modelling and ETL/ELT concepts
- Ability to analyse datasets, identify trends and communicate actionable insights
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Economics, or related
- Relevant certifications in data analysis, data science, or specific tools
- Experience in querying databases using SQL
- Knowledge of statistical programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Ability to interpret and analyze large datasets
- Experience in performing statistical analyses
- Understanding of business needs and objectives
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities
- Fluent in English
