Data Analyst

STV is seeking a Data Analyst to support a $3-$5 billion dollar project in managing and analyzing project data to enhance decision-making for high-quality infrastructure projects. This role will be integral in developing data-driven insights, optimizing reporting processes, and ensuring data integrity across project management systems. The Data Analyst will receive structured onboarding and mentorship to progressively build expertise in data analytics, visualization, and process automation within the project.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to support decision-making and performance tracking.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights effectively.

• Maintain data integrity by identifying and resolving inconsistencies or discrepancies.

• Automate data workflows to improve efficiency in reporting and analytics.

• Collaborate with project teams to establish data-driven best practices and performance metrics.

• Support integration of data sources across project management information systems (PMIS).

• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and data governance policies.

• Provide training and support to stakeholders on data tools and reporting systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, or other data-processing languages.

• Knowledge of PMIS platforms such as e-Builder, Kahua, or Primavera Unifier is preferred.

• Experience with data management, reporting requirements, or transportation projects is a plus.

• Ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
