About the Role
MedTrainer is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to oversee and manage our operational data, ensuring accuracy and seamless data flow across Salesforce, NetSuite, and Google Sheets. This is a high-profile role that involves daily interactions with the executive team and the CFO, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Location: Querétaro, Mexico (Position requires candidates to reside in Querétaro and offers a hybrid work format)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of operational data across multiple systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, other various systems and spreadsheets).
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Support executive decision-making by providing data-driven insights and reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and sales, to optimize data processes.
- Develop and improve data workflows to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and best practices.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Advanced level required.
- 2-5 years of experience working with data in a client service organization.
- Background in Big 4 accounting or consulting is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, NetSuite, Excel, and data management tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, executive-facing environment.
