Monks is searching for a skilled Data Analyst to join our Data & Insights force. You will play a crucial role in managing the delivery of digital advertising assets for one of the world’s leading brands. We need someone who can quickly analyze and report on social media performance, providing timely insights and opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Rapidly process, analyze, and interpret performance data from digital channels, primarily social media, to uncover key insights or brand opportunities.
  • Generate efficient, insightful reports on content performance and special social media efforts monthly, quarterly, or by campaign.
  • Collaborate in creative brainstorming sessions, working with content teams to optimize platforms based on data-driven insights.
  • Take ownership of assigned brands, proactively seeking improvements in their daily tactics and long-term strategies.

Requirements

  • English Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written communication.
  • Experience: At least 4 years in a similar role within a digital or content agency.
  • Agility and Timeliness: Demonstrated ability to process and analyze digital channel performance promptly to identify insights.
  • Digital Metrics Mastery: A deep understanding of digital and social platform metrics.
  • Collaborative Skills: Experience in working closely with creative and content teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, research, and writing abilities, with strong spelling and syntax knowledge.
