This full-time, in-person position reports to the Strategy and BI Manager. As the Data Analyst, you will be responsible for helping the Marketing and Operational teams to perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform about the current performance of business strategies and provide plans to make the business successful.
Responsibilities:

• Collect, manage, maintain and report data, aiming to find trends, patterns and relevant findings to support the business decision-making process.
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting the appropriate combination of methods and tools within a defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, integrating diverse reporting components from multiple data sources.
• Ability to translate complex data into a common language.
• Prepare marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, including new marketing tactics and technology tools.
• Create graphic representations of data and translate complex research into easily readable content for other departments
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in using reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SIGMA, etc.
• Understanding of database design and construction.
• Aptitude with data tracking tools.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently on an assignment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
• Ability to quickly learn and process information
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Job Requirements:

• College courses in marketing, data analyst, maintaining data, designing dashboards and presentations of raw data and the likes.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
• Highly organized, accurate, and detail oriented.
• Bilingual - (English & Spanish), preferred.
• Knowledge in programming languages Python and SQL, preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
