You will be:- analyzing large datasets related to customer behavior, digital marketing campaigns, and business performance,
- designing, developing, and maintaining analytical datasets using SQL and PySpark,
- preparing and transforming data from multiple sources for reporting and advanced analytics purposes,
- collaborating closely with marketing analysts, business stakeholders, and data teams,
- supporting campaign measurement, customer segmentation, funnel analysis, retention, churn, and ROI calculations,,
- ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability across analytical outputs,
- investigating data issues and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement,
- contributing to optimizing data models and data processing workflows,
- supporting ad hoc analytical requests from business stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience as Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or in a similar data-focused role,
- advanced SQL skills, including: complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization,
- hands-on experience with PySpark,
- experience working with large-scale datasets,
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- experience translating business questions into data-driven insights,
- ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment,
- fluent Polish and English.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
