Data Analyst

A Data Analyst collects, organizes, analyzes, and interprets data to help an organization make informed business decisions. The role involves identifying trends, preparing reports, creating dashboards, and communicating insights to management and other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management.
• Use Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools to analyze information.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of data sources and analytical processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL and database systems.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
