We are looking for a technically skilled Data Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between infrastructure, data systems, and business intelligence. In this role, you will extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, build dashboards, and support data infrastructure needs. You will work closely with IT, sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams to ensure data accuracy, pipeline reliability, and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and data warehouses.
- Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to IT and business stakeholders.
- Assist with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data pipeline maintenance.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.
- Monitor data quality, identifying and resolving inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing data.
- Support data governance initiatives, including access controls and data security best practices.
- Partner with IT, sales, marketing, finance, and revenue operations teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in data analysis, business intelligence, IT analytics, or related role is preferred.
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis across relational databases.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data cleaning).
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), and data pipeline tools.
- Familiarity with databases, dataflows, APIs, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to diagnosing data issues.
- Ability to present complex data clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
