Details:
This role will support data analytics to enable stronger collaboration across Sales and Marketing through targeted campaigns and personalized experiences. You will work with stakeholders to identify trends and outcomes from various datasets across marketing, sales, and client transactions. Analysts should be proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation using the Redshift data warehouse (FAS360) and analyze data with tools like Amazon SageMaker and Tableau. Furthermore, the candidate should be comfortable with project ambiguity and possess strong communication and consultative skills.
Responsibilities:

Engage with internal partners to understand business strategy, translate requirements into analytical projects, and lead them to completion.

Leverage data across various engagement and transactional datasets to develop insights, recommendations and reporting.

Acquire, compile, and verify the quality of structured and unstructured data. Analyze client data to identify trends and patterns impacting the client experience.

Develop, own, and manage reoccurring analytical requests or reporting processes.

Prepare and deliver visualizations and presentations that translate insights into actionable solutions and communicate those recommendations to stakeholders across the organization, including senior management.

Serve as the analytics expert on cross-functional teams for large strategic initiatives.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data analytics, customer experience, and financial services.

Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum of five years related work experience.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Technical experience with SQL, Python and Tableau.

Ability to independently interface with non-technical partners (business leaders/specialists) and technical teams (engineers) and communicate effectively to these
