About the job:
Performs statistical modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to develop metrics, reports and visualizations of trends and patterns. Works with technology organization and business end-users to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements. Partners with development and data management roles to identify and capture data required from internal and external sources. Creates and maintains statistical models for ongoing and ad hoc review and analysis of data. Uses data visualization programs, tools and techniques to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance. The primary focus of this role is on data engineering, data analytics, and data science capabilities to enable smarter operational decisions, process optimization, and manufacturing intelligence.
Candidates with full stack development capabilities will have an added advantage, especially in building scalable digital applications and visualization platforms to support factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, databases, and analytics platforms for semiconductor manufacturing operations.
* Analyze large manufacturing datasets to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and support business decision-making.
* Develop predictive models, dashboards, reporting tools, and automation solutions to enhance factory performance.
* Collaborate closely with process engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to translate operational challenges into data-driven solutions.
* Support integration between manufacturing systems, databases, MES platforms, and digital applications.
* Participate in digitalization, AI, automation, and smart manufacturing initiatives.
* Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility across operational systems.
* Work effectively in a high-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and business needs.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
* 0–3 years of working experience.
* Strong knowledge in data engineering, data analytics, or data science.
* Experience with Python, SQL, data visualization tools, and database management.
* Familiarity with machine learning, statistical analysis, or operational analytics is preferred.
* Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and factory operations.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Highly Proactive with learning agility and curiosity in semiconductor digital manufacturing.
