Data Analyst - Revenue Operations

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst to join our Revenue Operations data and reporting team. This position is well suited to an individual who wishes to build a career in revenue operations, sales analytics, and go-to-market (GTM) systems. The successful candidate will support the Revenue Operations center of excellence by maintaining data integrity, preparing reports, and enabling the sales organization to operate with discipline and clarity.
This role is well suited to an early-career professional who is detail-oriented, intellectually curious about data, and eager to develop proficiency in the sales technology stack within a fast-growing, global SaaS/fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Hygiene: Assist in maintaining data quality and accuracy within Salesforce by identifying inconsistencies and supporting data-cleansing initiatives across accounts, opportunities, and territories.
- Secondary Research: Assist in building and maintaining account- and contact-level data within Salesforce.
- Sales Process Support: Support the day-to-day execution of sales process discipline, including the tracking of pipeline stages, funnel movement, and basic forecasting inputs.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Extract and organize data sets to address inquiries from the Revenue Operations Leader or sales leadership, translating raw data into clear and concise summaries.
- Process Documentation: Assist in documenting workflows, definitions, and reporting logic to ensure the team's processes remain consistent and readily transferable or scalable.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior Data Analysts and Sales Tool Analysts to learn best practices in territory routing and CRM administration.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field
- Two years of experience in data, secondary research, or reporting role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred, though not required).
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to verify work thoroughly prior to submission.
- Intellectual curiosity regarding data, together with an interest in the evolving role of artificial intelligence in Revenue Operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey data findings clearly and accessibly.
- Highly organized and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple small projects concurrently.
