Data Analyst (with Power BI)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst (with Power BI) to join our team!

In this role, you will support data analysis, reporting, and data quality initiatives while collaborating closely with the Product Owner and ML team. You will help turn data into actionable insights, contribute to the development of dashboards and reports, and gain hands-on experience with modern business intelligence and analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data quality checks and validation to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and missing data
• Investigate root causes of data issues and work with relevant teams to improve data accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate with the ML team and Product Owner to define, monitor, and improve key data metrics
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational and business decision-making
• Create, maintain, and support Azure Data Factory pipelines for data integration and processing

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, including the ability to identify inconsistencies, and support root-cause analysis
• Familiarity with data analysis, data validation, and basic statistical concepts
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and explain data findings clearly
• Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices, with basic knowledge of Power BI and experience creating reports and dashboards

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Data Factory and data integration processes
• Understanding of logistics concepts and terminology is a plus
