Summary
The Data Analyst – Platform Operations supports the enterprise rollout of the Compliance360 inspection platform across 240+ industrial sites.
This role is responsible for cleaning, structuring, and standardizing large-scale inventory and inspection datasets to establish a reliable operational baseline. As the platform expands, the role will progress into KPI dashboard development, inspection trend analysis, Salesforce data integration support, and site-level risk reporting.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, governance, and reporting consistency for a revenue-generating operational platform.

Data Structuring & Standardization
- Resolve duplication, inconsistent naming conventions, and hierarchy conflicts
- Establish repeatable data validation and quality control processes
- Document data governance standards and naming conventions
- Clean and normalize inventory datasets across 240+ sites
- Prepare validated datasets for system onboarding
- Structure Area / Building / Unit asset taxonomies
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau
- Support development of site-level risk and liability trend reporting
- Perform inspection trend analysis and deficiency reporting
- Prepare recurring executive-ready reporting outputs
Platform & CRM Support
- Assist in cross-platform reporting alignment between operational and revenue systems
- Organize estimation and quoting data for reporting analysis
- Support structured data integration with Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
- Experience working with large, inconsistent operational datasets
- Strong documentation and data governance discipline
- Experience working with compliance, inspection, or field service data
- Experience supporting CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Basic scripting experience (Python or similar)
