Main Responsibilities
- Define, track, and optimize key metrics and KPIs for product and marketing teams;
- Analyze users and product to find new business opportunities and areas for improvement;
- Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards that provide visibility into customer behavior and product performance;
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer cohorts, segmentation strategies, and touchpoints to uncover growth and optimization opportunities;
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations of data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders;
- Support the development and maintenance that enable scalable analysis (e.g. user segmentation, attribution modeling, funnel analysis).
Core Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role, ideally in telecommunications, SaaS, or a digital product environment;
- Solid proficiency in SQL (experience with Google BigQuery is a strong plus) and Python (or R) for data manipulation and analysis;
- Hands-on experience working with CRM or marketing datasets (e.g., user lifecycle, campaign tracking, customer behavior);
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle frameworks and techniques for LTV, churn, retention, and cohort analysis;
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent);
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or other web/app analytics platforms;
- Experience in A/B testing analysis, statistical modeling, or marketing attribution is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
