Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the Community Rating System (CRS) within our team. In this role, you will work with data from the CRS program, analyzing performance metrics and providing insights that help enhance the program’s effectiveness.

A key responsibility will be to create impactful data visualizations using Business Intelligence (BI) tools, transforming CRS data into clear, engaging insights that are easily accessible to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess both strong analytical skills and the ability to design and communicate insights visually. In addition to data analysis and visualization work, experience with document management systems is a plus, as this role also involves ensuring proper organization, compliance, and access to essential documents related to CRS operations.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence
• Proficient in the use of Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and SQL
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork
• Experience with document management systems a plus, but not required
