Data Analyst - ID (Ref: 26-031)

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Bandung, Indonesia. This role plays a key part in supporting our data operations and reporting needs. The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate insights, improve data quality, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. 
 
Work Arrangement 

• Full-time position  

• Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office)  

• Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)  

• Eligible to reside and work in Bandung (Indonesian citizenship only) 

This position is open exclusively to candidates who reside in and are authorised to work in Indonesia. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. 

Key Accountabilities 

• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting frameworks that provide clear, actionable insights for decision-making.Collect data from multiple sources, ensure data quality, find data discrepancy and fix data issues 

• Build dashboards/reports as per business logic 

• Validate data consistency across multiple reports 

• Build insights from reports to measure key KPIs for the company 

• Partner with key stakeholders to define KPIs, interpret performance drivers, and recommend actions based on data 

• Analyse trends and notify key users when key KPI numbers seem incorrect 

• Provide data to stakeholders as an when required 

• Continually work with the data team to provide updates on missing data or erroneous data 

• Basic project management to maintain list of activities/improvements 

• Communicate changes and new developments with business users 

Qualifications and Competencies  

• 5-7 years of experience in building reports/dashboards through analytics tools, including PowerBI 

• Proficient in working with large volumes of data, with the ability to structure, validate, and summarize data into meaningful business insights. 

• Proficient in Excel for data analysis. 

• Good knowledge of data visualization and how to represent data in a meaningful manner 

• Experience of managing data consistency and integrity 

• Ability to build scalable reporting solutions for large datasets, ensuring usability and relevance for business stakeholders 

• Strong business-oriented mindset — able to connect data with commercial context and focus on outcomes, not just technical outputs 

• Experience in deriving insights from data 

• Experience in stakeholder management  

• Good English communication skills 

• Attention to detail 

• Good interpersonal skills, oral and written skills, with the ability to present ideas

A big plus if you have 

• Experience with Databricks, specifically in developing SQL dashboards. 

• Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts, including Medallion Architecture and Star Schema 

• Experience of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques 

• Experienced in PowerBI dashboard building 

• Knowledge of SAAS industry-specific KPIs 

• Experience supporting commercial/operational reporting in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
