Turn Marketing Data into Movement

In Your First 90 Days, You’ll
  • Build performance dashboards for 5-10 key lifecycle campaigns.
  • Establish a benchmarking framework across different financial institution sizes.
  • Identify quick-win optimizations based on current campaign performance.
  • Use insights from your work to guide the Growth Strategy Team’s influence on product roadmap and testing priorities.

  • You’re experienced in data aggregation and enjoy simplifying complexity for others to take action.
  • You leverage AI and automation tools to work smarter and faster.
  • You know how to build benchmarks that inform strategy for different customer segments.
  • You collaborate well across teams and influence decisions through insights.
  • You love being hands-on, but you’re also thinking multiple steps ahead.
What You’ll Own
  • Analyze performance across campaigns and lifecycle journeys to find actionable insights.
  • Develop benchmarking frameworks for financial institutions of varying sizes and use cases.
  • Create visualizations that translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape recommendations and influence prioritization.
  • Identify key trends, A/B opportunities, and testing cadences for continuous optimizations.
  • Establish systems for performance reporting that scale across clients and internal use.
  • Support the development of future measurement tools, methodologies, and attribution models.
