In Your First 90 Days, You’ll- Build performance dashboards for 5-10 key lifecycle campaigns.
- Establish a benchmarking framework across different financial institution sizes.
- Identify quick-win optimizations based on current campaign performance.
- Use insights from your work to guide the Growth Strategy Team’s influence on product roadmap and testing priorities.

- Create visualizations that translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape recommendations and influence prioritization.
- Identify key trends, A/B opportunities, and testing cadences for continuous optimizations.
- Establish systems for performance reporting that scale across clients and internal use.
- Support the development of future measurement tools, methodologies, and attribution models.
