We are looking for a Data Analyst - Gaming  to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced analytics team supporting a gaming-focused organization. You will work cross-functionally to transform large-scale data into actionable insights that drive product decisions and enhance player experiences. Your day-to-day will involve querying complex datasets, building scalable reporting solutions, and delivering deep-dive analyses on player behavior, game features, and performance trends. You’ll play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making by creating intuitive dashboards and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of analytics outputs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Query, clean, and transform large datasets to extract meaningful insights
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards to support self-service analytics
• Conduct in-depth analysis of player behavior, engagement, and game features
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Perform quality assurance on reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Build and maintain aggregate tables and data models to support analytics workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or similar)
• 3+ years of professional experience in an analytics or data-focused role
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python (including data manipulation and transformation)
• Experience working with large, complex datasets
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python frameworks such as PySpark
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., cloud-based data warehousing or big data environments)
• Experience with tools such as Azure Synapse, Databricks, or similar platforms
• Background or strong interest in gaming or player behavior analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $33./hr to $36/hr USDThe salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
