Our client is seeking experienced Data Analysts with Databricks exposure to support a high-impact data and analytics initiative. The successful candidates will work alongside the client's existing engineering team and play a key role in delivering actionable business insights through dashboard development, analytics, and cloud-based data solutions.
The role requires individuals who can comfortably operate in both technical and business environments, translating complex data into meaningful insights for business stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Databricks, to access, transform, and analyse data.
- Collaborate with the client's Data Engineering team to support data integration and pipeline initiatives.
- Support data governance, quality, security, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in implementing analytics best practices, standards, and reporting frameworks across business divisions.
- Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and executives to communicate findings and project progress.
- Contribute to GenAI and advanced analytics initiatives where applicable.
- Ensure successful delivery of project outcomes within agreed timelines and quality standards.

The engagement will consist of three phases:
- Phase 1: One Data Analyst allocated full-time.
