A business analyst based in Poland, dedicated to data analysis across WEU.

What will you be doing?

• Maintenance of the Commercial Excellence Microsoft SQL Server database used by Analytics and Incentive teams
• Data Management and Quality: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues
• Develop and maintain SQL procedures to ensure data consistency and standardization
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data alignment and integration across systems
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with internal Incentive Team stakeholders
• Development of Excel-based, Python tools used by the Incentive team
• Provide local analytical support

Who are we looking for?

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree (Finance, economics preferred)
• 3 years of relevant experience in depth data analysis 
• Excellent analytical skills combined with outstanding technical skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Python.
• Proficient in English and Polish. Additional languages are acknowledged
