In line with our expansion strategy, we are acquiring an online beauty brand this year. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Finance Director to lead our financial operations, strengthen commercial decision-making, and drive financial integration across our portfolio.
The Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join us on a contractual basis, for a period of 6-9 months. It's essential that you'll have experience of Power BI and BigQuery and have ideally worked within an ecommerce business or agency previously.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop data reports and dashboards using Power BI, BigQuery, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Extract, transform and analyse data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Support eCommerce reporting, including performance metrics, revenue trends, and customer behaviour analysis.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Work closely with the wider team to identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation.
- Assist in the development of KPI frameworks and reporting structures.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports as required.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Power BI and BigQuery (SQL proficiency is essential).
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and automation.
- Experience working with eCommerce data (Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon and TikTok Shop preferred).
- Familiarity with data connectors and APIs for data extraction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex data sets.
- Experience in lifetime value analysis, marketing attribution, and performance analysis is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
