What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyze every facet of our banking products, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities;
- Lead exploratory data analysis to deepen our understanding of customer behavior;
- Map and optimize the customer journey across lifecycles and touchpoints;
- Propose bold new products and initiatives, backed by insights and intuition;
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to prototype new customer flows;
- Translate complex datasets into clear stories that guide strategic decisions.
What You Need To Succeed:
- A love for data — not just crunching it, but listening to what it says;
- A strategic mindset that connects the dots between user needs, business goals, and product potential;
- Experience in data analysis, especially in product, customer, or lifecycle contexts;
- Comfort working with ambiguity and a drive to explore the unknown;
- Familiarity with tools like SQL, Python, or notebooks — but more importantly, a sense of purpose when using them;
- A desire to co-create, to influence products and decisions beyond the spreadsheet;
- Advanced English (written and spoken) for communication with our diverse, multinational team.
