WORK YOU’LL DO

As a Data & AI Manager you will work closely with our clients, leading and coaching a cross-functional team responsible for the delivery of strategic solutions to empower their Data & AI identity and AI/GenAI ventures. You will drive the design of strategy and guide team members in the end-to-end delivery of such projects.

Our Services Include:

• AI Strategy Development: Tailored roadmaps to integrate AI into your business model.

• Generative AI Solutions: Leverage AI to create content, automate processes, and enhance customer experiences.

• Data Analytics & Insights: Turn data into actionable insights for informed decision-making.

• Value Realization Framework: Identify, measure, and achieve the tangible benefits of AI initiatives, ensuring that investments translate into real-world value.

Leading Responsibilities:

• Lead medium to large scale teams (10-20+ personnel).

• Oversee day-to-day project progress, safeguarding the quality, budget, and time.

• Propose solutions and/or mitigation actions (e.g., workarounds) to identified issues & risks in order to ensure project completion according to agreed plan.

• Guide Team members in Data / AI strategy development and best practices.

• Facilitate workshops with client’s stakeholders to validate business requirements & functional specifications.

• Deliver advisory services to C Suite functions such as CIO/ CTO/ CDO etc.

• Providing project management and change management support on large scale transformation projects.

• Gradually participate in expanding AI / GenAI capabilities in other clients/industries.

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent field.

• Master’s degree in computer science and/or other Business Areas (e.g., MBA, Finance, Business Analytics, etc.) would be considered as a strong plus.

• Knowledge of Data & AI Management concepts (Value realization Framework, Data Management Frameworks, Data Governance etc.).

• Possession of intense knowledge on AI / GenAI solution types and data insight generation.

• Previous working experience of 8+ years in large scale transformations or similar preferably in the Financial Services industry.

• Experience in cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and/or Big Data would be considered as extra positive.

• Experience in leading team with 10-20+ personnel.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Advanced analytical abilities & problem-solving skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines with high attention to detail and quality.
