Your Role in Our Mission

As part of our Nordic Data & AI practice, you’ll work with talented people from diverse backgrounds to help organizations grow in a digital-first world. You’ll be driving value with AI strategies, from concept to implementation, while ensuring businesses become more inclusive, agile, and future-ready.

In this role, you will:

• Lead or co-lead workstreams in strategy development and product adoption, where Data and AI meet real business challenges.

• Shape holistic and ethical Data & AI strategies, including Generative AI, that drive measurable value.

• Translate complexity into clarity, designing operating models and architectures that work for people.

• Apply storytelling and business acumen to co-create solutions and proposals with clients.

• Help implement scalable AI platforms and change initiatives in collaboration with tech experts and business stakeholders.

  With an MSc in Mathematical Modelling and a strong track record in bridging the gap between AI technology and day-to-day business operations, Nikkimarie supports clients through both strategic advisory and hands-on implementation. She is passionate advocate for people leadership, she’s also an active member of Accenture’s Female Leadership Academy.

• William – Manager, Data Science
  With an PhD in Robot Systems and a background in research, William helps public and healthcare organizations in Denmark and across Europe harness the power of AI. He’s committed to making data science accessible and actionable. When he’s not guiding clients, you’ll find him leading Accenture Denmark’s ski team with energy and team spirit on and off the slopes.

• Elizabeth – Senior Manager, Data Strategy
  With an MSc in International Business and fluency in French, Elizabeth brings a global mindset to every challenge. She has led SAP and data architecture projects and is now a recognized expert in Master Data Management (MDM). A frequent speaker at events like Connected Women in AI, she’s passionate about building inclusive communities and driving real-world impact with data.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for “perfect” resumes—we’re looking for people who share our values and curiosity.

You may be a strong match if you:

• Have 2–3 years of experience in data / AI strategy, digital consulting, or AI-driven innovation (from consulting, startups, or corporates).

• Are comfortable navigating both business and tech topics—e.g., MDM, data platforms, AI/ML, etc.

• Think in hypotheses, structure problems, and communicate clearly to different audiences.

• Care about people, details, and the bigger picture.

• Enjoy staying up to date on new tech trends, AI regulations, and emerging GenAI use cases.

• Speak and write English and Danish or another Nordic language fluently.

• Hold a relevant Master's degree in business, engineering, or science with strong academic results.
