Your daily work
- Growth and development: With your many years of experience in business development, you will expand our standing in the ‘Data & AI’ market, develop market segment strategies and form the basis for the long-term growth of our team.
- Partnerships and network: Thanks to your experience and expertise, it is easy for you to identify and maintain relationships and partnerships with important stakeholders from the financial services sector, especially insurance companies, capital markets and banks.
- Market analysis and potential: You will be able to analyse market trends, competitors and client feedback to identify growth potential/opportunities and further develop Accenture's product portfolio/offering.

Who you are
- Successful completion of a relevant degree at Master's or PhD level in disciplines such as mathematics, computer science, physics, engineering or economics
- Extensive experience in data & AI business development and expertise in financial services (insurance, capital markets, banking or wealth/asset management)
- Technical expertise in data analytics, data science, AI/GenAI and machine learning as well as a sound understanding of the consulting business and project management/delivery
- Project-related mobility, independent work, strong communication skills in German and English and a high level of customer orientation
