You will:
- Design & build ML/LLM solutions: Develop, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and large language model solutions - from predictive models and classifiers to GenAI applications, chatbots, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems;
- Build robust data foundations: Design and maintain the databases and data pipelines that feed your models, ensuring data is clean, structured, and production-ready;
- Engineer for production: Apply solid software engineering practices - version control, testing, CI/CD, monitoring - to take models from prototype to reliable, scalable production systems;
- Integrate AI into business workflows: Work closely with client teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI-powered solutions and process automation;
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with data analysts, BI developers, and consultants to combine AI capabilities with Power BI dashboards and broader data architecture;
- Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up with fast-moving developments in ML/LLM tooling and bring new techniques and best practices into our projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, AI/LLM development, or a related discipline;
- Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar;
- Practical experience working with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, or agentic workflows;
- Solid SQL skills and experience designing and working with relational or analytical databases;
- Familiarity with software engineering practices, including Git, testing, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker);
- Experience or comfort working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or similar, and/or Microsoft Fabric;
- Fluent English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences;
- A proactive mindset, curiosity, and strong attention to detail. Nice to Have
- Exposure to MLOps tooling and model monitoring in production;
- Experience with Power BI or other BI tools;
- Previous freelance or consulting experience, particularly working with cross-functional teams.
