What is the Business Analyst – Data Management Team responsible for?'As a Business Analyst – Data Management on the Data & AI team at Lexington Partners, you will contribute to delivering data engineering, analytics, and generative AI solutions that drive meaningful business impact. The ideal candidate has a growth and learning mindset, is detail-oriented, and possesses strong analytical skills to navigate complex challenges. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within an established enterprise and able to quickly adapt to new tools and solutions. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing data infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making, and helping integrate AI across the organization #ASSOCIATE
Be a gatekeeper of data quality—monitor data quality metrics and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all data assets; contribute to data governance efforts.
Collaborate closely with the U.S.-based team and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and prepare clear, concise reports, technical documentation, and presentations.
Fulfill ad hoc data requests and operational support tasks.
Develop dashboards and data visualizations that support strategic business decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx is a plus.
Knowledge of corporate finance is a strong plus.
Self-starter with a passion for learning new tools and technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and ownership-driven mindset.
Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
