Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is seeking a motivated and dynamic Dance Consultant to join our team. As a Dance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through their dance journey, helping them select the best classes and programs to meet their goals. You will be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide welcoming guests to our studio, providing exceptional customer service, and driving student enrollment and retention.

The Dance Consultant works closely with instructors and management to coordinate schedules, promote events, and contribute to the overall success of the studio. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about dance, customer service, and community engagement.

Dance Consultant Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Customer service oriented, enthusiastic, and motivated to help others succeed.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.
  • Passionate about dance and committed to promoting a positive, welcoming studio environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with instructors and team members.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn and adapt.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or dance studio environment is a plus but not required.
  • Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends to attend events and meet with students.

Total Compensation & Advancement
