The primary platform for delivery is Microsoft Dynamics D365
Responsibilities:
- Provide end user support for D365 related support tickets and triage cases for escalation to 3rd party service provider.
- Partner with business key users to support system configuration, data setup and maintenance activities.
- Capture requests for changes and enhancements and document business requirement.
- Provide guidance and training to end users as required.
- Assist in the preparation of user guides to assist training and issue resolution.
- Support delivery activities by creating necessary change control documents, and testing changes prior to deployment. Assist technical teams in D365 system analysis, trouble shooting and configuration.
- Participate in data management activities with relevant data owners and stakeholders.
- Continuously identify areas for system improvement and optimization, and provide recommendations to the business stakeholders.
Requirements - Qualifications:
- 3 years experience working with Dynamics AX 2009 / 2012 / Microsoft Dynamics 365 with minimum 1 year experience in D365 F&O.
- ERP experience in finance area. Experience with integrations for treasury, travel expenses or vendor invoice scanning are a plus.
- Experience with the full development lifecycle, including requirements capture, analysis, design, test, documentation, maintenance, and configuration management.
- Strong understanding of controlling and accounting principles
- Excellent team player and communicator, with ability to create collaborative relationships with business stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical aspects to non-technical shareholders
- Strong communication skills, fluent English, spoken and written is essential. Knowledge of German, French or Italian is an asset.
Desired Certifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365 experience (certification is a plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Applications), Engineering, Math, Science, Technology, or related field
